Deposits
On booking you pay a deposit, your rental cost is due monthly in advance. You pay this online by logging into your booking via our website. Your first month's rent must be paid no less than two weeks before arrival. Your deposit will be returned, less a small standard cleaning charge (see terms) and metered electricity, no more than 7 working days after your departure.
Rents
Rents are due monthly in advance and can be paid online via logging into 'my booking'. Online you will be able to see your payment history. We add a £20 per day surcharge for late rents.
