Swim Parties
Swim Parties
How to book a swim party
Swim parties can only be booked online via our booking engine.
Swim parties can only be booked on Sundays.
Party availability is as shown on the booking engine and can be booked online up to 90 days in advance.
Age restrictions
The minimum age to participate in a swim party at Les Ormes is 5 years old.
Number of guests
The minimum number of guests for a climbing party is 10, the maximum is 19.
You can increase your numbers after booking up to 48 hours before the party by emailing reservations@lesormesjersey.co.uk provided slots are still available.
At peak times including weekends, we may not be able to respond by return email, we will respond as soon as we can.
We can not change party details by phone we require it by email.
Adult supervision
Parents do not need to be in the pool with the children as the party will be lifeguarded. However, at least 2 adults need to be present whilst the party goes on.
Party food & drink
Party food is served as a buffet straight after your activity has ended. We can cater for specific dietary needs on the day without notice.
The buffet includes:
Pizza Margherita
Housemade 4oz burger
Breaded fish goujons
Southern Fried Chicken
Vanilla ice cream
Orange or blackcurrant squash
Tea & coffee
The party food will be served in either the function room or our Brasserie, we will let you know on arrival. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a specific room or let you know in advance where the party food will be served.
Decorations
You will be given access to the table 30 mins before the party starts to decorate. To reduce waste, we don't allow sprinkles, confetti or banners.
Party duration & timings
Please arrive at Les Ormes 15 minutes before your swim party's start time.
The whole party will last approximately 2 hours.

Cancellations
Party packages are firm and can't be cancelled or changed after booking.
Please only book if you are sure.
